Addington Valley Academy is a co-educational special free School with up to 150 places for children and young people aged 2-19 who have autism and social communication, cognitive, sensory and social, emotional, and behavioural needs. .

We are located in a newly constructed school, purpose designed to meet the needs of pupils with autism and complex needs in New Addington, Croydon.

All staff at Addington Valley Academy are supported with regular CPD opportunities to enable them to develop their skills and support our students both educationally and socially.

Addington Valley Academy is part of Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT), a specialist Trust with 14 academies and eight college centres across London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointments made are subject to a 6 month probationary period and an enhanced DBS check.
