Dramatherapy is a form of therapy that utilises creative techniques such as drama, storytelling, and role-playing to help individuals explore and express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. For young people living with autism and complex needs, dramatherapy provides a safe and non-judgmental space to develop social skills, enhance communication abilities, regulate emotions, and foster self-confidence. Through engaging in imaginative and interactive activities, dramatherapy promotes self-awareness, empathy, and emotional resilience, empowering individuals to navigate the challenges of everyday life more effectively.

Our Drama Therapy provision is facilitated by an HCPC registered Drama Therapist from Roundabout Drama Therapy.
