Students enjoy unforgettable Duke of Edinburgh expedition

Our Duke of Edinburgh students recently enjoyed an unforgettable expedition, packed with teamwork, adventure and memorable experiences in the great outdoors.

As part of the expedition, students took on the challenge of building and navigating their own rafts, supported by the fantastic team at Active Growth. They embraced every opportunity with enthusiasm, resilience and determination, making the most of this exciting outdoor learning experience.

The expedition not only challenged students to work together and solve problems, but also helped to develop confidence, communication and independence in a fun and supportive environment.

Reflecting on the experience, the team at Active Growth said:

“It was wonderful to be able to support such a fantastic group of students and staff and assist in making their camp such a great experience.”

The expedition created lasting memories for everyone involved, with one member of staff proudly describing the students as “all superstars.”

We are incredibly proud of our students for the positivity, teamwork and resilience they demonstrated throughout the trip.
