An egg-citing learning experience!
There is lots of excitement in Deng Class as students take part in a chick hatching project. The eggs are currently being kept warm in an incubator, and the chicks are expected to begin hatching around 21 June.
The project is giving our learners a wonderful opportunity to learn about the life cycle of chickens and how living things grow and develop. Pupils have enjoyed observing the eggs each day, making predictions about what might happen and learning about the care needed to help the chicks hatch safely.
As the hatch date gets closer, everyone is looking forward to seeing the chicks emerge and meeting them for the first time. This is such a fantastic way to bring learning to life and inspire curiosity about the natural world.
